At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the return invoice provided in your digital confirmation.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
